Division 3 sponsors or co-sponsors a number of events each year with proceeds going to a number of worthwhile causes in the Ancient Order of Hibernians or local charities related to the Five Towns.
The Division also marches in four St. Patrick’s Day Parades a year with New York, Garden City, Rockville Centre, and Glen Cove on the agenda for 2015. We also usually march in a Memorial Day parade and in the Long beach Parade in October

- The Annual Dinner Dance held in February.
- The John Bownes Memorial Picnic: Named in honor of John Bownes who tragically died in July 2010 after falling down a flight of stairs. The picnic will be held in July.
- The Nassau County AOH Feis: Held every year in September, the Nassau AOH Feis and Irish Festival is the premiere event put on by Nassau AOH members. The festival includes dancing competitions, pipe and drum bands, Irish football, and a selection of live Irish music.
- Atlantic City trip is scheduled for April.
